Do you want to have fun achieving your goal? 

I know how demanding life can be as a father it's hard to get to the gym at times, so I want to make coming to the gym fun, while getting stronger, leaner and all-round healthier. 

We would start you off with a movement screening test so that I understanding exactly what kind of programme you need and then I will write you one which best fits your needs. I will also provide you with nutrition advice to complement your training and I will make the gym fun for you so that you don't see it as a chore.
