Paul Smith
Hi, my name is Paul.
I've been working for PureGym for over four years now and in that time I've been very fortunate to train some amazing people. From athletes, actors, pregnant ladies to couch potatoes, and all of them have one thing in common: they all wanted to change their lives for the better.
My approach to training is to make it fun and challenging and to change the way you think about health and fitness. Personal Training is about you, it's about finding what works for you and helping you reach your goals. Whether it's to run a marathon or just climb a flight of stairs, anything is possible.
You'll usually find me on the gym floor and I'm very friendly and approachable, so please feel free to come up and have a chat or ask me for some advice.
