I have over seven years' of experience in the industry; training people for all types of training goals from fat loss, muscle gain, injury rehabilitation and competition prep.

I pride myself in treating every individual uniquely no matter what the goal.

The key to any success in a fitness journey is to understand the barriers to success and work closely with a client to see how we can overcome all these barriers together whether it be time constraints, lifestyle, dietary limitations or a matter of confidence.

  • 1st Class Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with Eating Disorders and Sports Psychology
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer with Accredited Master Level Status
  • Certified in Advanced Kettlebell, TRX and Pad-work Training
  • Diploma in Advanced Nutrition with Sport
