Sessions with me will shape your understanding of the human body, motivate long-term change and give you a whole new range of exercises!

  • For those interested in muscle gain or muscle tone, I can guide you through the rudiments of lifting, coach you through the ‘big lifts’ and create a plan tailored to your schedule, ability and body type.
  • For those interested in weight-loss or aerobic fitness, I provide a gradual progression from traditional cardio towards more efficient forms of training – maximising calorie burn and cardiovascular health! We’ll turn your body into a fitness machine!
  • After using specialist testing to understand your capacity for movement, I can teach you exercises and routines that will maximise your performance, so you can see greater results and prevent future injury.
