Patricia Mcloughin
Hi, I'm Patricia, but please call me Tricia!
I come from a strong background in sport. I have been competing from a young age in Cross Country, 1500 and 800 metres at District, County and National level, both with Schools and Women’s AAA League Championships. I no longer compete but I still have a passion for exercise and train regularly.
I have coached athletes at amateur level and helped run Martial Arts Clubs. I've worked in large chain fitness clubs as a Personal Trainer for many years motivating clients to reach their goals and many have gone beyond their goals and have become Personal Trainers themselves.
I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and am keen to promote exercise as part of everyday healthy living. I hope to inspire everyone to become more passionate and enjoy exercise. If you believe in it, your mind can achieve it.
