Paisley Saunders

My interest in fitness/sport started at an early age when I joined my primary school basketball team. I then went on to secondary school and joined the netball team which I was in until I left school. I also did various other sports during this time and discovered my love for fitness and exercise. When I was old enough I joined a gym and I’ve been going ever since.

I became highly influenced by social media fitness women. Watching them lift heavy weights showed me that women can do more than run on a treadmill. This is when I decided to get into Personal Training. I loved the idea of being able to help anyone achieve their goals and also increasing my knowledge to better myself and other people. I believe that any goal can be achieved with the right mindset, determination and guidance.
