I have always had a deep-rooted interest in fitness and weightlifting I have been training intensely for a few years now and researched a substantial amount that I have tried and tested, with these results I hope to help you achieve your goals in a way that’s right for you.

Throughout my life I haven’t managed to find things that really had an impact on me both mentally and physically as much as the gym. I will try my best to make an experience that isn’t just training, but an experience that resonates with you.
