Nick Ockwell
Hiya my name is Nick; I have been in the fitness industry for nearly six years and working as a PT for the last four years. In this time I have coached over 700 people, helping them get fitter, thinner and stronger. I help everyday people achieve incredible results by making their training, diet and exercise routines something they enjoy doing rather than a chore.
When you become a client, your goal becomes mine and we don’t stop until we achieve it. I have a passion for helping people and over the last four years I have completely changed the lives of my clients. If your goal is to lose over 200lbs, I can help (just like I did with my client Nic), if your goal is to finally feel comfortable in your bikini or drop two dress sizes this is where I excel. I will take a holistic approach to your health and fitness goals helping you to adjust your diet to get the best results you can long term whilst still having a social life and still eating the foods you love (even if that’s an Indian every Friday night).
My passion for health and fitness started from a very young age playing sport every day as a kid. Playing rugby and basketball were my passion but a relentless ankle injury stopped me from continuing as a National League basketball player. This is when I started reading blogs, books and researching everything I could about health and fitness. This is when I knew I wanted to be a PT and help people love exercise like I do and in turn completely change their mental and physical wellness.
