I am a Personal Trainer who has a passion for sports and fitness.

I have a martial arts background in MMA and therefore like to incorporate Padwork into my sessions. I work mainly (but not exclusively) with clients who are looking to reduce their body weight and becoming more toned. 

I believe fitness is not just about the physical aspects but also a mental, social and nutritional aspect. Reaching a fitness goal is not an easy journey however, for me seeing a client achieve these results is rewarding and inspiring but or you the results are invaluable and life-changing.
