As a nation, we are living longer and I believe that to enjoy our lives for as long as possible we need to stay active - whatever our age. So adopting a lifestyle where we take regular and enjoyable exercise, eat well and find effective outlets for stress, is key.
Having spent many years managing complex corporate accounts I’ve spent lots of time working in a sedentary way - in an office, from home or travelling round the country visiting clients. There are so many challenges in finding the time and inclination to exercise - the pressures of work, family or studying; the effort in starting to get fit again after a period of time away from training; understanding how to lose those extra pounds that have sneaked on over time - and keeping them off; the nervousness knowing where to begin as a new starter; or just staying motivated - sometimes you just can’t find the energy to leave the house!
I get huge satisfaction from helping people progress, feel empowered and more confident. I would love to help you overcome your fitness challenges and excel in the goals that you’d like to achieve. Whether improving cardiovascular fitness, toning up, losing weight, building strength or another aim, I’ll develop an individual plan to suit your level of fitness and experience.
