I have a deep passion for designing exercise and nutrition programmes that maximise workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina and develop an overall sense of wellbeing.

I'm a Personal Trainer able to coach and motivate clients and create an environment where wellness goals are heard, nurtured and executed producing lifetime results.

Proven business acumen combined with practical experience and formal training in leadership, health and fitness.

I'm currently part of 'Team Reddragons', receiving training from the world renowned head coach Julian Howell, specialising in Muay Thai. My second trainer is world champion of Brazilian Jiu Juitsu, Leo Negao.
