Miranda Antoniou
Hi, I'm Miranda. I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor.
My passion for fitness originates from 12 years of classical ballet training. Nowadays I enjoy a combination of weightlifting, HIIT, Pilates, barre and yoga – with some salsa on the side. I love a physical challenge and have completed a half marathon as well as two Spartan races. I believe that real progress comes from a varied programme and that success follows when you actually enjoy your training. I therefore strive to put the fun back into fitness.
After a lengthy academic career I proceeded to work in an office for a number of years. I therefore understand both the physical and mental toll that long sedentary hours of work or study can take and the difficulties of juggling the stresses of day to day with the desire to lead a healthier lifestyle. I strive to utilise the little time my clients have available effectively in order to better themselves.
