I am a passionate Personal Trainer with over 11 years' training experience. I hold both powerlifting records and physique competition titles and aspire to be a well-rounded ‘hybrid’ athlete who also enjoys to hike and cycle.
As a Personal Trainer I seek to educate and motivate all my clients to become the best version of themselves.
I don’t know where I would be without fitness, it’s my foundation and rock that keeps me grounded in a healthy lifestyle and mindset. I love sharing this with others and seeing them progress and discover more about themselves and what they are capable of. Through effective training methods, motivation and good diet habits you can achieve amazing things.
