Mike Musker
Hi, I’m Mike and I’m here to help you, whether you are new to the gym and need some help getting to grips with where to start, or are a regular gym-goer and looking to switch up your training and face some new challenges.
I love being in the gym, but I know this is not the case for everyone. I want to help as many people as I can to find confidence in training at the gym, whether they are working with me or visiting the gym on their own.
And for those that are already confident gym-goers, I am ready to push your limits, bring you new challenges, and push you to reach new levels of physical fitness.

I am confident and dedicated. My sporting background is in Judo which I have practiced since I was 4 years old. I’ve competed on the national squad and have coached for the last 4 years. My approach is to develop skills and fitness and confidence naturally follows.
I hold myself accountable. I hold a high standard for my own fitness. I apply my scientific knowledge to create and develop fitness and nutrition programs to fit various goals and reliably deliver results.
I am constantly developing new skills. I have enjoyed training in Boxing, BJJ, Muay Thai, MMA and gymnastics, challenging my body constantly in new ways. Finding new movement patterns keeps training fresh, exciting and enjoyable.
My dedication to sport has been recognised by UEA Sport, who presented me with the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Sport’ award in my final year at university. I will continue to over-deliver and provide the best value I can, whether you are brand new to fitness or seasoned and need a new approach.
