Mike Dite
Hi, I'm Mike. I'm a Personal Trainer with a background in sport, more specifically in basketball. I've played for a number of teams during my time playing the sport, from local leagues and college academies to the university team in Worcester and I also have experience in coaching.
I understand that when aiming for a goal it's sometimes hard to think of anything except the end result but I believe that the journey is just as important. I always do what I can to keep things fun and enjoyable while you progress but without sacrificing the motivation.
Whatever your aim, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain or if you're training for an event, I can provide you with a personal training programme, nutritional advice and the motivation to succeed.
