As our life has become more sedentary and less mobile, my focus as a Personal Trainer is to make people aware of their body, working on their mobility, posture, range of movement, and flexibility.

As a trained ballet and contemporary dancer, I have the discipline to create workouts that will take you to your goals, enhance your body awareness and capability, bring your body and mind to a better wellbeing.
