I am a member of REPs UK as a Level 2 Fitness instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
I started my fitness journey after a major car crash in 1998. Prior to my health kick, I had let myself go and I was nearly 18 stone in weight with a 48” waist. Over the years through hard work, commitment and ongoing learning, I have significantly lowered not just my body weight, but also changed my body composition and lowered my body fat percentage.
I am qualified in Advanced Modern Post Natal Assessment, Core Restore, and Functional Exercise Programming.
As a father myself, I have seen first-hand the minefield that is postnatal recovery and I feel there is a lot of conflicting information around and I want to help mothers get back on their way post pregnancy to a healthier lifestyle.
I know first-hand how hard it is to not just take the first step, but also to stay committed on one’s journey when the going gets tough, but I’m there to help every step of the way.
I am friendly, approachable, caring and I want to help you reach your goals whilst becoming more confident in yourself.
