I've been a Personal Trainer for two years, trained in the gym for eight years and played team sports for most of my younger years. I love being active and I'm passionate about people. The same could be said for most trainers in this industry, so what sets me apart from everyone else?
I've faced many challenges in life. For instance I have epilepsy and have frequent seizures, I've gone through depression as well as other mental health struggles and I've learnt how to deal with all of them. I offer a lifetime's worth of experience in determination and perseverance. So how will this benefit you?
Whatever your goals may be, I'm not willing to give up until we reach them. I don't quit and I don't let my clients quit either. We all slip up from time to time, but I'll make sure that you get up and keep going.
