Growing up, I was painfully shy, battling with a negative self-image, which is very much a contrast to where I see myself now, as a PT, competitive powerlifter and bodybuilding enthusiast. As I moved into my twenties, I was ready to make a change, no longer willing to miss out on opportunities at happiness and growth. Little did I know, it would be the strength that I built in the gym through lifting weights that would completely transform both my body and outlook on life.
My approach to training and nutrition is very much based upon the individual client, steering far from traditional meal plans and outdated training methods. I believe that “healthy living” should not be associated with restriction, but creating a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
As a Personal Trainer, it is my mission to equip my clients with the confidence and knowledge to achieve and then maintain a fitter, healthier body and mind for the rest of their lives, ending the cycle of fad diets and wasted gym memberships.
