Hey! I’m Melissa.
My aim as a Personal Trainer is, of course, to help you achieve your fitness and health goals, but I also want to go beyond that and give you the ultimate confidence in how you see and feel about yourself.
I’ve always had an active background – I trained full time as a ballet dancer, and then danced professionally at Moulin Rouge in Paris. With this experience, I understand the mindset and commitment needed to achieve a goal, and I want to help create this mindset for you too.

Whether you’re wanting to lose body fat, to tone up and build muscle, or improve your posture and flexibility, I offer fun and challenging programmes that are individually created for you.
