Hi, I’m Max.

Health and fitness has always been both a hobby and passion of mine. I love what I do, and I do it well.

One thing I know for certain is that a sound training programme accompanied with evidence-based dietary advice can have a profound effect on anybody’s life.

Being “fit” is far more than how far or fast you can run or how heavy a weight you can lift. Fitness is about living a healthy lifestyle; an all-round state of wellbeing and enjoying the process!

Having played football to a professional standard with Burnley Football Club I unfortunately sustained an injury. I thought my days of being “fit” were over. How wrong could I have been!?!

Health and fitness is for everybody; that’s where I come in. As your Personal Trainer I will adapt to suit your needs and capabilities. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking you can’t do something like I did, it’s possible!
