Hi, my name is Matt,
One day I decided to join a gym. The moment I took those first steps I was a little lost. I didn’t know what to do but over time I developed a love for exercise, gaining knowledge, constantly improving and breaking goal.
Fitness is everything to me now, so I want to use my passion which has led me to this point a qualified Personal Trainer wanting to help people reach their goals, pushing themselves, helping them to be the best they can be.
I’m very approachable so don’t hesitate to talk to me on the gym floor or by phone/email. Let me help you to take the first few steps of your fitness journey with an attitude that’s willing to make long-lasting changes for the better no matter what your goals are whether it's either weight loss, weight gain, building strength or just a general push in the direct direction.
