Matt Sulik
How can I help you improve your health?
A five year progressive Master's degree in Physical Education underpins my drive to succeed myself and to help others, in terms of achievement of physical health and fitness goals. My first four years as a Personal Trainer in Toronto were spent working with a wide range of clients, from rehabilitation through to strength training for both males and females, including semi-professional sports people in one of the most exclusive and premium health and fitness clubs.
Working in Canada, one of my specialist areas was pre-season ski training. In addition to specialist sport performance, I have extensive experience and knowledge of amateur natural bodybuilding and strength and conditioning training - through the correct nutrition and training programmes, I increased my own from just 60kg to 105kg and successfully competed in a number of amateur competitions. I would describe my approach to training as Focussed - your achievements are central to any programmes; structured - clear, progressive adaption throughout and totally engaging.
What my clients say?
"As a runner for 20 years, I was convinced that building muscle would affect my agility and speed - Matt proved me wrong by not only improving my running performance but also trained me in such way that my strength and muscle conditioning, together with a stronger and more effective core engagement has reduced my susceptibility and frequency of injuries so I have achieved specific speed goals that I thought were impossible. He is a talented, skilled and very knowledgeable trainer"
