Hi, I’m Matt,
Sport and fitness have been my passion for as long as I’ve known, I’ve played football from a young age and competed at long-distance running events. I have devoted my academic career to expanding my knowledge of the human body, how we move and how exercise benefits us. I obtained a Masters Degree in Sports & Exercise Science and Medicine and an Honours Degree in Sport & Exercise Science. I specialise in Strength & Conditioning after completing an internship at Motherwell FC where I worked with elite athletes as part of my Masters Degree. My aim as a Personal Trainer is to share this knowledge to help you achieve your goals.
As a Personal Trainer I’d love to help guide you through your fitness journey. 99% of goals clients set themselves aren’t achieved overnight, but if you’re ready to commit time and effort you’re already on your way to achieving them. I’m here to give you confidence in the gym, expand your knowledge, influence positive lifestyle choices outside of the gym and ultimately help you to achieve your goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, train for events, strength & conditioning or general fitness I’d love to work with you!
