Matt Fowler

I have been in the sports and fitness industry for over 20 years and a freelance Personal Trainer since 2010. My sports history ranges from playing rugby at a national level to competing in bodybuilding and various martialĀ arts.

I found my real passion for Personal Training having been seriously overweight myself weighing at my worst 146kg due to poor lifestyle choices and bad habits. Through a change in lifestyle, training and nutrition I lost over 66kg of body fat and went from 52% body fat to 7% body fat and stepped on stage and competed in the under 80kg category in bodybuilding.

I understand what it takes and what is required to help my clients achieve their goals.

I know what is required and the challenges we all face and understand that through hard work and dedication we can get there together.
