I have always had a passion for fitness and enjoyed going to the gym from a young age so choosing to study Health, Fitness and the Science of Exercise Prescription at the City of Glasgow College was an easy decision.
Through my three years at college I have gained the skills, knowledge and experience to confidently assist each client’s needs and goals to construct an individual fitness programme in order to achieve their long-term goal.
My job as a Personal Trainer is to help you strive towards leading a healthier lifestyle through specific exercise plans and small diet recommendations, which over time make a big difference to how you look but most importantly how confident and happy you feel.
