Hi there,
First of all, thanks for taking the time to read this bio. With so many wonderful PTs to choose from, let me tell you a bit about myself and we can see if I’m the right fit for you. My fitness philosophy is simple; the key to any goal is science and consistency. Despite the endless ‘gurus’ pointing this way or that to the hidden treasure of results, I’ve found that once the mechanics of the body are understood, it is simply a matter of plugging in the variables and staying consistent and you’d be amazed what you can achieve.
In my younger days, I found myself dedicating so much time and effort, doing everything the magazines or articles told me... only to get zero results. It was very demoralising, and I often concluded, well, maybe it’s just not in my genetics. I could not have been more wrong and once I actually took the time to learn the fundamental principles behind exercise and nutrition... that’s when my fitness journey really began! I know what it’s like to feel that you have little or no control of the process but I assure you, with the right support, you can take total control over your goals and then it’s simply a matter of time before goal after goal after goal is being achieved.
So, can I help you with your goals? Are you looking to put on muscle? Build your strength? Lose some body weight? Improve your strength and conditioning? Or simply, get into shape? Then these are goals I feel very versed in helping with and to do so I will draw upon both, a thorough understanding of the science and literature, and, more importantly, a wealth of knowledge accumulated through many years of meticulous application to myself and those around me.
I endeavour to extend past the basic expectations of a Personal Trainer or coach and aim to be more of a trusted advisor on your fitness journey. Furthermore, I hope to not only assist you with your goals but also help build a foundation for you to continue to make progress for the rest of your life.
