Hello, I'm a Personal Trainer with a background in competitive swimming, martial arts and weight training, concentrating on strength and conditioning, body building and powerlifting.
I also enjoy teaching martial arts. I presently run a class for six to ten-year-old kids and am about to open a class for adults.
