Hi, I’m Mark and my journey in to Personal Training is probably vastly different than most in my early 20s I was an active person playing Sports and a regular visitor to the Gym etc…… However, like many of us, I became a victim of a bad diet, lazy habits and a static work environment. At the age of 38 I had become a very unhealthy weight of 30st and felt low, depressed and had various Health issues. Then a long term friend in the industry reached out to me and after a gruelling 4 years of sweat, injury, tears, excuses, cheating and failing to keep motivated, I stand here today in my 40s, over 10st lighter and a fully Qualified Personal Trainer. I’m proof there’s no limit to what can be achieved if you commit yourself to reaching your full potential and practicing healthy habits. It promotes mental stability building better relationships with family and friends, however, head and shoulders above that is the sense of pride and improved confidence that will motivate you to continue bettering yourself.
I promise you it’ll be the best decision you’ll ever make. I have experienced all aspects of Fitness and Nutrition and offer ‘Personal and Group Training’ from a “Been there, done that” perspective. I am still on my Fitness Journey and want to use all my ‘Good & Bad’ experiences to help like-minded people realise their potential and reach their Fitness Goals.
