Training should always be enjoyable and challenging, never dull and routine. As someone who has exercised in a gym for more than fifteen years, I’ve certainly made the odd mistake or two – and learnt from them!
Hiring a coach was the most positive step I ever took on my own fitness journey. First hand, I can say the support, commitment and knowledge they bring is absolutely invaluable.
I believe fitness is an exciting and fulfilling adventure – we never stop learning. It should also be unique. Everyone has their own specific requirements and goals. I will work very closely with you in every way possible to help you achieve yours!
