Magan Gowda
I have always been brought up doing sports and used to do a lot of long distance running and soon after I had a poor relationship with food and was underweight. At this time in my life I was not only physically weak but also mentally; I was very shy and had low self esteem.
I set myself targets within the upcoming year to become the strongest version of myself both physically and mentally and in doing so not only was I looking better but I was feeling much better on the inside. I was much more confident and enthusiastic towards life. I started training in the gym regularly and loved it, soon after found bodybuilding. I competed in a bodybuilding show last year and it's all taken off from there!
I would like to share my knowledge and experience of the last few years to help anyone who would want to improve and become a better version of themselves by pushing their body and mind in order to achieve great results.
I want to inspire and motivate men and women from all different abilities into health and fitness as a lifestyle whether their goal be to add muscle mass, reduce body fat or to improve general fitness.
