Having been in the industry since 2011, I’ve seen a lot of fads come and go but have seen and use the same successful scientifically backed principles that get results that last.
The fundamental basics in how we move, eat, and think. Yes, it’s not all training, chicken and broccoli, we also have to look at human behaviour and psychology which is crucial if you want lasting results that create a healthy lifestyle to go with the physique you want!
I come from a background of struggle. For years I kept trying to get the 12-week transformation, as a busy, tired parent, which saw me fail. Purely because the programme wasn’t right for my lifestyle and current situation. We humans need to make things as easy as possible so that we stick to it and achieve what we set out to achieve.
