My name is Luke Gilham, my Personal Training and self development business B2B Training simplifies all aspects of training and nutrition to give you a clearer picture of what works for you! By stripping back all the information to the roots we can start to understand how basic it can be to become a fitter, more consciously aware person.
The reason for quitting my engineering career and developing a company in the wellbeing sector was simple, I wanted to provide the public with basic, honest information that could help them develop themselves physically and mentally! By working together as one we can improve the health of this nation, reduce the financial burden on the NHS caused by self-inflicted illnesses and learn to love and care for ourselves that little bit more.
