Lucy Lismore

I found my love of health and fitness after losing 30kg myself. After entering the overwhelming world of exercise and nutrition knowing absolutely nothing, I understand how confusing and overwhelming it can be to know where to start.

Over the last several years I have tried many different types of training and eventually found a style of training I absolutely love which is effective and achieves results. Combining bodyweight exercises with weight training and skill work, exercise never becomes a chore and there is always something new to strive for. I love being able to share my passion for health and exercise that is fun, functional and sustainable as a Personal Trainer.

I constantly strive to train others to reach their personal goals, whilst doing something they love and believe providing education, support and effective training is the key to this. My own fitness journey has really given me the ability to relate to anyone and everyone who is keen to learn new skills or reach their goals with a balanced approach.

The world of health and fitness can sometimes be daunting for those new to the gym or with experience, but I aim to draw upon my own experiences to make training enjoyable, achievable and worthwhile for everyone.
