My desire to be successful within fitness started from a young age, from martial arts to competitive swimming, always pushing myself to achieve my goals.
I specialise in chronic illnesses, weight loss, muscle tone and muscle gain, where I predominantly work with women between the age of 25-55 however not entirely.
