Why use a Personal Trainer?

Many people will use the gym three times a week like clockwork, yet months later wonder why they still haven't lost that extra bit of body fat or increased their strength, speed or power.

I develop a bespoke plan for each of my clients to suit their lifestyle and goals. I will provide guidance and knowledge that will make a real difference to your training routine. Most importantly, I will also provide the motivation and encouragement you need to keep you on track during and outside of our training sessions. Whether you are a beginner looking to add structure and variety to your current workouts or more experienced with specific goals in mind, my mission is gaining results!

A good training programme should be challenging yet rewarding – my goal is to innovate and enthuse your training routine.

I strongly believe that any physical success (whether aesthetic or performance based) goes hand in hand with good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. I can offer guidance and structure towards your nutrition habits to help you achieve your goals.

I am Pre and Post-Natal qualified and have trained many of my clients throughout pregnancy and through the other side! I have a wide range of experience in this area and am familiar with the post-natal battle to regain the pre-mummy tummy – whilst keeping my clients exercising safely and regaining their pre-natal fitness and strength.
