So, it’s your first time in a gym? Or your third?
Or maybe even your tenth? You aren’t sure how to use the big, scary machines and you don’t want to look silly trying. I get you. That’s where I come in. I’m here to help you reach your goals. I promote a healthy lifestyle and I want you to achieve the kind of results that a fad, keto or Atkins diet don’t get you because they’re just that...diets. They are restrictive, not maintainable and have an end date. My ultimate goal is to help you love fitness as a lifestyle; enjoying exercising and not seeing the gym as a chore on your to-do list.
I am a friendly, energetic, positive and most importantly approachable Personal Trainer. I love when people come up to me on the gym floor to start a conversation or ask questions, and my main goal is for you to feel at ease.
But who am I? Well, I first started going to the gym properly about a year ago as I felt in a low place mentally and although I liked to run I had never exactly known what I was doing or what I should be doing in a gym. The weights section scared me and I never knew what to put where on the resistance machines. Going outside my comfort zone to try intimidating things sparked my love of exercise. I fell in love with bettering myself, challenging myself and seeing results both mentally and physically. I love the feeling of hitting new personal bests, improving myself and I want to help others begin their journey to feeling amazing in their own skin.
Health, both mental and physical, is so important and I want to focus on how they’re connected through exercise. In this way, I can help you improve your confidence on the inside and out. I value myself for being committed, determined and a good communicator all of which give me a good basis to be your Personal Trainer. You’re already got all the tools, I’m here to help you use them.
