For as long as I can remember I have always been involved in sports such as football and BMX racing which got me involved in a variety of very different training processes like endurance, strength and plyometrics training. I am very passionate about exercise and fitness and with my knowledge I can create tailor-made training programmes that best suit your needs, wants and aspirations inside and outside of the gym.
My aim is to make your journey to achieve your goals as much fun as possible, as I truly believe that the best results come from enjoying what you are doing in combination with effective training, nutritional strategies and the right motivation. With hard work and dedication, we will be able to achieve your goals together and progress further.
