Lisa Hamilton

Hey guys, I’m Lisa, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Spin and Circuits Instructor. At the grand old age of 37, I decided to follow my dream career of becoming a fitness professional.

Having battled with my own weight issues from an early age, I started going to the gym regularly. Over the years, I was self-taught and researched training and nutrition. Mainly doing cardio in earlier years, to now more focus on weight training, which I really enjoy. As well as that I enjoy outdoor activities such as hill walking, and my first ever climb I conquered a Munro which I am pretty proud of. 

Family and friends have often looked to me for advice on training and diets. From this my passion to help others within this field grew. It will be with my greatest pleasure to get my clients to their individual goals from weight loss, improving overall fitness or even building their self-confidence, making them feel and look their best possible. Training and fitness should be fun and have variety and I will promise to deliver this to my clients as much as possible.
