Health and fitness has been a huge part of my life and I couldn't see myself working in any industry but the fitness industry. I used to be a sprinter for Leeds City Athletics Club, earning titles such as Yorkshire Champion in the 100m, 200m and Long jump. These titles gave me the opportunity to run for my County and work with some of the best coaches which only helped me expand my knowledge of various types of training methods for my clients.
There are so many fad diets in the industry and bad workout programmes that are designed to rip you off, for example, the 8-minute abs workout, whereas I utilise a scientific based approach that guarantees results whilst still being hard work but enjoyable and fun also.
I offer my full support to all my clients including individually tailored training programmes, fitness testing to track progress, nutritional advice and 24 hour contact and support.
