I have always been fascinated with fitness, learning and spiritual growth, I am curious about everything that involves optimum human growth, and after serving six years in the British Army I left to pursue a job in which I could learn and help others achieve their dream result.
We will map out exactly what you need to do in order to achieve what you’d like to achieve, I will hold you accountable, and we will achieve the goal in the time period set. I use flexible dieting which means we can incorporate treats into your diet and still achieve your goals, as diet longevity is key and a restrictive diet won’t deliver consistency.
Together we will be asking the right questions – as awareness is the greatest agent for positive change – and my aim is to bestow positive change in your life, so I am no longer needed....
