My whole life I have been surrounded by sports. My mum playing hockey, attending a sports college, playing netball from a young age and building my skills to a county level. At the age of 15 I decided to take the leap and work on my own fitness. I took part in an at home exercise routine that changed my fitness levels and really helped with my netball competitions.
Soon after I joined the gym and I looked into a mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises. From then on, I started to see the impact sports/exercise has had on my own life. Ever since then it has been my main focus in trying to help people achieve their best potential, not just on the sports field but in everyday life.
This new lifestyle I have chosen has affected my mentality, confidence, energy levels in so many positive ways and I can't wait to help you experience all of these as well. My main aim is the help people change their lifestyle and that is why I have joined the fitness industry.
