Lauren Copeland
Hi!
My name is Lauren, and I'm a Personal Trainer here at PureGym.
My own fitness journey began in 2015, at a point in my life that I decided to get a Personal Trainer. It was this decision that changed everything for me. I was introduced to both weight training and high intensity training and although I didn't know what a hamstring was, I knew I enjoyed training it.
Having a Personal Trainer helped me so much and it was this that made me realise that I wanted to do the same for others. I've learnt so much on my journey and I want to share that knowledge with as many people as possible. I want to get all you ladies enjoying lifting weights and owning that 'scary' section of the gym, so together we can bin spending hours on the treadmill.
Through looking at both exercise and nutrition, I work with people to achieve their goals whilst gaining confidence and maintaining a healthy relationship with food/the gym. My aim is to help you become more confident inside and outside the gym, through teaching you the key skills to reach your goals and then how to continue leading a healthy and sustainable life. I tend to work with female clients aged between 18-45 that are looking to gain confidence, build muscle, lose weight and feel good about themselves.
I also run a fitness Instagram with helpful tips and tricks and workouts to aid your healthy lifestyle, and answer fitness/health related questions! - @copelannd_fitness
