Hi, I’m Laura,
I will first start by telling you why I got into Personal Training and what fuels my passion.
I got into fitness to help people who, like me, had a bad relationship with food.
This led me to want to help train, educate and motivate people to reach their fitness goals. I love the feeling of accomplishment and happiness I see on my client's faces.
My goal is to get you feeling fitter, healthier and more confident. Fitness is a lifestyle not a fad, so dedication is needed! So, whether you’re an active person needing extra help, or you are new to the gym, I can help you out!
