Kyle Mekarssi

Key things about myself: I'm fun and approachable, highly motivated, passionate and dynamic. Having worked at LA fitness Sydenham I'll be a familiar face to all those that were previous members and a friendly face to all new members to this new state-of-the-art gym.

When I train one-to-one clients, I like to push you beyond your limits whilst ensuring the fun element remains intact. I'll help you to achieve your goals and set new challenges for guaranteed results.

I've done a lot of combat training and boot camps, which I always find tough yet fun. I love the way it unites people at different levels of fitness to team build, gain in confidence and stamina and to condition their bodies.

As a PureGym trainer I can help to transform your body by devising a personal programme that will show you positive results in the first six weeks. By working closely with you I'll always be available to offer support and nutritional and training advice.
