At 15 years old, 6ft2 and weighing 12 stone, fitness and nutrition became my addiction.
When I turned 19 years old I went through tough times struggling with injuries which affected my mental health and body image.
I gained weight topping out at over 23 stone. I realised something had to change! Through fitness and nutrition, I greatly improved my mental health becoming my best, strongest and healthiest version of myself.
As a trainer, my goal is to help you be the best version of yourself - health, fitness and wellbeing as well as reaching your goals!
