I have a great passion for fitness and personal growth; physically and mentally. As soon as I became of an age to be accepted into a gym I found myself in there day in day out. I was forever looking to improve my aesthetics, strength and fitness. My goal was always to be the best. Not the best in society. Not the best in the gym. But the best version of myself, the version that was better than yesterday and thinking about tomorrow. This goal allowed me to focus on myself, and create a positive mind space that enforced happiness.
I enjoy not only training myself but training/helping other people reach milestones which they once believed wasn't possible. Your goals are my goals. Seeing the massive amount of benefits training in a gym has done for me motivated me to become a Personal Trainer and share this feeling; get everyone I could to feel self worth.
