Kieragh Gibbs
During my degree in Musical Theatre, optimal fitness and physical aesthetic was deemed an expectation – vital for success in the industry. Surrounded by constant competition and comparison within a 90% female class, these demands became my highest priority.
The experience had an impression on my methods of training, my diet, my lifestyle and how I viewed myself. I created unrealistic expectations for my body, and formed unhealthy habits when aiming to meet them.
Exhausted and displeased with my lack of progress, I turned to scientific research regarding effective training methods and their nutritional counterparts. My knowledge and personal progression now only grows, and replaces my self-comparison with others, with that of myself.
My role as your Personal Trainer is to make what was an uncertain and inconsistent journey of my own, a positive and successful one for you. I want to see you progress, achieve and challenge yourself; but most importantly thrive in the process
I offer relatability, honesty, support, knowledge, guidance and enthusiasm, and if you would like to start or continue your journey with me then do not hesitate to get in touch or catch me for a chat!
