Kerry Easton

When I was in school I was always into sports. It was a place of enjoyment, to switch off and to focus on me. From leaving school I carried on swimming and running regularly.

When I was younger I developed an unhealthy relationship with food. I was obsessed with calorie counting and daily weigh in. Now I do a mix of weight training and cardio. I really enjoy the exercise I do with my family, I go bike riding, swimming and on long walks/running which is a sustainable lifestyle for me. I eat a balanced diet and nothing isn’t allowed. No one enjoys quick fixes, fad diets and yo-yo weight.

I’ve done the full circle, I started doing loads of classes and cardio because I wanted to lose weight, but I also lost shape so I changed my training, added in resistance training and built a body I am happier with.

Training with me will educate you in developing sustainable ways of reaching your goals by boosting both knowledge and confidence within the gym and making you feel happier about yourself outside the gym too.
