Hey! 

My name’s Kerri and I am one of your trainers here in Newtownabbey. 

Sport and Fitness are big parts of my life and my goal as a Personal Trainer is to help other people in the gym and make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident when they walk in the door. 

I have been a runner for 10 years and have experience with distances from 5K right up to 26.2 miles! 

I know the importance of strength training in both a running programme and everyday life.
